Type I CANAL ZONE overprint on Panama #198. Complete booklet with 4 panes, cover style B on salmon stock, but cover printed as 1¢ booklet in Error, vertical format, stitched into booklet (CZSG #32c.6). Panes are exceptionally well centered with slightly tropical original gum and not adhered to wax interleaving as most often found. Ex-Joyce. According to Canal Zone Stamps a few 1c covers were printed in the salmon color used for the 2c, and they were overlooked by the postal employees assembling the booklets, who went by color.
