Philippines 1911 6c Deep Violet Ferdinand Magellan (#263) with Red Constabulary "OB" Official Business Overprint. Unused, Original Gum, Never Hinged, Fresh & F-VF+. Bandholtz "OB" Overprints were issued in accordance with the May 25, 1907, letter of instruction from C. M. Cotterman, Director of Posts, and printed by the Philippine Bureau of Printing, Manila.
