P & E Collectibles offers the following Returns Policy: Your satisfaction is unconditionally guaranteed. Return any item intact and as received for a full refund of the purchase price within seven days. EXPERTIZATION: If you wish to submit any item for authentication by a competent authority we must be notified within seven days of receipt. If so notified the sale will remain open until expert opinion is rendered. Reasonable costs of expertization will be refunded if item is found to be other then described.
